Description
Zhongyi Mitakon 85 mm F/2.8 Creator for MFT
The Mitakon Zhongyi 85mm F/2.8 Creator for Fuji X is a Super Macro Lens with a wide magnification range from 1x to 5x, allowing you to capture different-sized subjects. In addition, this lens is a winner in terms of working distance; the smallest working distance at a magnification of 10 cm at a magnification of 5x and the largest is 27.2 cm at a magnification of 1x. Because of this working distance, you can easily shoot images of insects from a greater distance, for instance, so you do not deter them. The improved working distance also allows more light to reach your subjects, resulting in well-exposed photos. Furthermore, the performance of the lens resembles that of a telecentric lens. You benefit from this with focus stacking or with industrial use of the lens.
The lens consists of 12 elements in 8 groups, which delivers an impressive resolution in all corners of your image. Thanks to the APO design, chromatic aberrations are brought to a minimum. The lens weighs only 750 grams, so it's easy to use for both wildlife photography and for lab photography.
