It's never a pleasant experience if the product you purchased breaks down. We offer a two-year warranty as standard on all new cameras and lenses. The supplier's warranty period applies to all other products. We guarantee a properly working product throughout this warranty period.
If the product you purchased breaks down within the warranty period, we will resolve the issue for you. You can bring the defective item to one of our stores. We will take your equipment into the store and send it to the relevant supplier. You also have the option to send the product to be repaired to us by mail, then we will ask you to advance the shipping costs. We will then reimburse these costs as soon as possible. If you have a five-year warranty certificate that you want to claim, you always need to state this beforehand.

If you send a product for repair during the warranty period, we do not charge a fee. The additional costs will only be applied if there appears to be damage caused by falling or impact, moisture or water damage, or damage caused by improper use. Such damage are excluded from the guarantee.
