If you place your order before 3pm and the item is in stock, then it can be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays) provided your payment has been received. You then will receive the order in 2 - 3 working days by UPS, unless a different delivery time is mentioned on the product page. Unfortunately, delivery is not possible on Sundays and public holidays.

If you order after 3 pm your order will processed the next working day (according to the same method as described above).

The delivery time of shippings with items over 1.50m or items heavier than 25 kg that are in stock is 3 - 5 working days. These products could also have higher delivery costs.

A parcel is usually considered large and/or heavy when it exceeds the standard dimensions and/or weight and, therefore, is not eligible for a standard shipment or it cannot be shipped. In this case, please get in touch with our customer service.

Holidays and special days

During bank holidays and special days (such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday), we do our very best to deliver on time. During these days, however, the delivery time may be delayed by 1 working day. We hope for your understanding. During bank holidays we use different opening hours or the store is closed. View the current opening times.
