Can I get help in making a choice?
Yes, our customer service will be happy to help you choose brand new gear. So stop by one of our stores or contact customer services.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is very simple: 1. Go to the product of your choice and click on the large 'Add to Cart' button. 2. To order or change your basket, click on the 'Basket' button in the top right hand corner. 3. Choose how you want to order: as a guest or with an account. If you do not have an account, you can easily create one in our checkout. 4. Choose your shipping method, delivery time and payment method. 5. Finally, click the 'Order and Pay' button. Once you have confirmed your purchase, your order is complete. Would you prefer to speak to a member of staff? Go to the product of your choice.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to create an account to place an order with us, but we recommend that you do. With an account you can view your orders at any time. You will also be able to view all your invoices. If you decide to create an account at a later date, your previous orders (placed with the same email address) will still be added to your account.
Can I place a business order?
Yes, it is possible to place a business order with us. You can find out all about business orders on our business page.
Can I order products that are out of stock?
If the product is marked 'temporarily out of stock', it is temporarily out of stock. Would you like to be the first to know when this product is back in stock? Sign up for an alert. You will receive an email when the product is back in stock.
I see that the product is cheaper elsewhere. Will you accept this price?
If you find the product cheaper elsewhere, we will see if we can beat the price. We apply the following conditions: - The product must be of official origin. - The seller must be an official camera retailer with a website and store. - The product must be new and in stock. Used and clearance models are not eligible. - The price must be verifiable and not lower due to special (temporary) offers.
Can I order more than 9 pieces of the same Product?
If you would like to order more than 9 of the same product, please contact customer services. They will be happy to help you place a bulk order.
How do I change my order?
You can only change your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Please contact customer services to change your order.
Can I collect my order from the store?
Yes, it is possible to collect your order from one of our stores in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany.
When will my order be ready at the store?
If you choose to collect your order from a store when you place your order, your order will be ready for collection within a few working days. We will email you to let you know when your order is ready. Please show this email when you come into the store. This will make it easier for us to find your order.
Can I have my order delivered to a collection point or locker?
Yes, you can choose to have your parcel delivered to a collection point or locker when you place your order in The Netherlands or Belgium.
Is it possible to deliver my order to a different address?
Yes, you can choose a different delivery address when you place your order. To do this, click on '+ different delivery address or collection point' and add a new address.
How do I change the delivery address of an order?
How you change your delivery address depends on the delivery service delivering your order. PostNL It is possible to change the delivery address to a collection point using 'Change Delivery' in PostNL Track and Trace. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your home address. DHL It is possible to change the delivery address to a collection point using 'Change Delivery' in DHL's Track and Trace. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your home address. If your order is already in transit, it is not possible to change the delivery address. Have you not yet received a shipment confirmation? Please contact Customer Service to change your delivery address.
What is the status of my order?
We will keep you informed of the status of your order by email. We do this from the moment you place your order until the moment you receive it.
How do I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order if it has not yet left our warehouse. Has your order been dispatched? Then you can refuse the order at the door or return it on receipt using the online returns form.
I have not received an order confirmation. What can I do?
Have you placed an order more than an hour ago and not received a confirmation? It may have ended up in your spam folder. If this is not the case, please contact customer services.
I have not received an invoice. What can I do?
Did you make a purchase from our store more than an hour ago and haven't received an invoice? It may have ended up in your spam folder. If this is not the case, please contact customer services.
