Movement blur is minimised thanks to the contrast detection functionality during automatic focus. Moreover, the AF system's refresh rate has been improved. The result: improved focus with eye and face detection. This offers the opportunity to focus quickly whilst capturing moving subjects.

If you're looking to take handheld photo or video footage, the compact 5 axis built-in stabilisation system will suit you down to the ground. You see, this system suppresses camera shake in up to 6.5 stops. This facilitates easy handheld shooting without the need for a tripod.
