The Swarovski STX 30-70x115 spotting scope is ideal for observing and tracking moving subjects, such as birds and other natural scenes. This spotting scope is constructed in such a way that you always have perfect image quality. For example, Field Flattener reading has been chosen, so that the image is razor-sharp, even to the edges. So you don't have to focus continuously. You can also use this lens well if you wear glasses. You can adjust the screw cap and replace it with a special eyecup, so that you can comfortably enjoy a maximum field of view and absolute sharpness even with glasses.

To protect the eyepiece and deliver an even higher quality, the spotting scope is equipped with four different coatings: Swarodur, Swarotop, Swarobright and Swaroclean. The Swarodur coating is a hard, scratch-resistant layer on the outside of the viewer. This makes the eyepiece last even longer without damage. The Swarotop and Swarobright coatings ensure that light loss is limited, fewer internal reflections occur and a brighter, more contrasty and more colour-neutral image is created. The Swaroclean coating is a dirt and water-repellent coating that ensures that the viewer needs to be cleaned less often to obtain optimum brightness. Furthermore, the scope is filled with Nitrogen and sealed with an O-ring, making it dust and waterproof. In addition, it is also possible to place the objective module on a tripod. At the bottom is an Arca-Swiss tripod connection of 1/4"-20, so that you can place the Swarovski spotting scope on almost any tripod.

If you want to take a photo of the image with your camera, you can use the optional TLS APO for this. This allows you to capture those beautiful nature images so that you can view them later. The scope is easy to take with you. A special stay-on case has been developed for this purpose in which you can store the lens, but due to its light weight and compact size it is also possible to take it with you in your luggage.
