Sigma FP Digital Camera

The Sigma FP Digital Camera is Sigma's first full frame system camera. The camera offers high-spec functionality for stills and video in an extremely compact body that weighs less than 400g. The full-frame 24.6 megapixel BSI Bayer CMOS sensor offers 14-bit colour depth and includes electronic image stabilisation. Paired with the fully electronic shutter and Leica's L-mount lens interface, the Sigma FP offers a maximum resolution for raw and JPEG files of 6000 x 4000 and a shooting speed of 18 fps. Moreover, this camera uses an excellent autofocus system with contrast detection and a 49-point selection mode, face detection, eye detection and focus peaking. A base sensitivity of ISO 100-25600 can be extended to ISO 6-102400.

With the Sigma FP record footage in UHD 4K up to 30fps and Full HD recording up to 120fps! For raw video data, 12-bit CinemaDNG external recording is supported. To help videographers fine-tune their video content, Sigma's "Teal and Orange" mode is inspired by Hollywood's colour grading techniques. This createsëerates a high contrast between orange colours, found in human skin tones, and teals (cyan blue), which are their complement. Unique to this camera is the ability to switch between photo mode and video mode with switch on top of the camera.

A "Director's Viewfinder" function is also available for videographers. With which different view angles can be simulated and what an image looks like in a cinema camera. It supports cameras such as the ARRI ALEXA LF and RED MONSTRO 8K, as well as other common digital cameras, film cameras and anamorphic lenses.

Compose and view your shots with a 3.15-inch, 2.1m-point LCD touchscreen, and media is captured internally in a UHS-II SDXC card slot. The Sigma FP comes in a housing with an effective heat sink and is dust- and splash-proof thanks to its 42-point seal. This makes the camera excellent for hours of use in a wide range of environments. Moreover, a USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C port and a micro-HDMI port are provided for connecting to external peripherals.

The Sigma 24mm F/3.5 DG DN | Contemporary L-mount is an accessible lens for system camera users. A wide-angle lens is ideal for photographers who do a lot of nature or architecture. Thanks to advanced manufacturing techniques, Sigma has been able to raise the performance of this lens to unprecedented levels. This L-mount lens has a focal length of 24mm and an aperture of F3.5. This makes the angle of view on a 35mm sensor 84.1 degrees and the minimum focusing distance 10.8cm. The lens has a construction of 10 elements in 8 groups and a coating to prevent ghosting and aberration. To get nice bokeh, you need at least 7 aperture blades. This ensures you get beautifully rounded bokeh. In addition, you can use a 55mm filter with this lens. The dimensions of this 24mm lens is 64mm x 48.8mm with a weight of 225 grams.
