Pulsar Thermal Imaging Monocular Proton XQ30
Low weight is especially important when the Pulsar Thermal Imaging Monocular Proton XQ30 attachment is mounted on the weapon and complements the weight of the weapon. The compact size of the device makes it easy to use and store.
The microbolometre with NETD <40 mK ensures the detection of details at low temperature contrast. Rain, snow, fog, early morning after a cold night - the Proton XQ clearly shows the smallest temperature differences during observations in the most unfavourable conditions for the hunter and the equipment.
Thanks to a consecutive layout of optical and electronic components and a highly accurate optical and software alignment, the shooter can ignore the presence of the attachment for the lens of the optical riflescope during night shooting and not incur additional costs for adjustments when aiming. The design of the attachment ensures a stable aiming position when mounted in front of the daylight scope and when refocusing the attachment at different distances.
The Proton XQ30 is connected to the daylight scope using a new Pulsar PSP adapter. The adapter is quickly detachable - the attachment can be removed and reattached in seconds. Thanks to the precise positioning mechanism, the thermal image can be perfectly centreed in the field of view of the daylight scope, thus achieving the greatest observation comfort.
Proven shock resistance - up to 6000 J - for impeccable performance with large-calibre rifled weapons and smoothbore hunting weapons (12 calibre, 9.3x64, .375H&H)
A few seconds of time and an optional Pulsar 5x30B monocular are all it takes to detach the Proton XQ30 from the scope and transform it into a thermal imaging observation device with 5x magnification. The Pulsar 5x30B monocular can be easily and securely connected to the thermal imaging attachment by means of a bayonet lock and is just as easy to remove. An important feature is that the PSP adapter that mounts the Proton XQ30 to the optical scope can remain on the thermal imaging attachment when used with the Pulsar 5x30B monocular. This allows the Proton XQ30 to be easily and quickly converted from an attachment to a thermal imaging monocular and vice versa.
The robust and lightweight magnesium alloy housing has high structural rigidity, protects the attachment from shocks and vibrations when firing large-calibre hunting weapons, and ensures stable ballistic performance during use. The metal of the housing, resistant to external mechanical, temperature and climatic influences, effectively removes and dissipates heat from the electronic components of the attachment, thereby increasing the quality of its operation.
Thanks to the integrated Wi-Fi module, the Proton attachment can be connected to Android or iOS smartphones and tablets using the free Stream Vision application. In combination with a smartphone, the thermal imaging device offers a number of unique functions, such as live image streaming to a smartphone, motion detection, transfer and sharing of multimedia files, firmware update, remote control of device settings and many others.
The eight-colour palette makes observation easier, solves a variety of tasks and ensures a quick response to changing observation conditions. The white-hot, black-hot and red-hot palettes are ideal for object detection, while the Rainbow and Ultramarine palettes enhance detection and identification capabilities. The Red Monochrome, Sepia and Violet palettes are best suited for long-term observation at night.
IPX7 waterproof to protect against heavy rain, snow or other precipitation. Proton is designed to operate flawlessly for up to 30 minutes, even after immersion in water up to 1 metre deep.
The AMOLED display delivers a sharp, high-contrast image. The display features low power consumption, a wide dynamic range and a short response time, ensuring sharp and smooth images when observing on the move or in freezing conditions.
The powerful APS5 Li-ion quick-change battery provides up to 6 hours of continuous use on a single charge. The safety and durability of APS5 batteries are ensured by built-in electronic protection systems. The battery is removed from the battery compartment and replaced with a new one in seconds.
