Description
Leica 40809 Geovid Pro 8x32
The Leica 40809 Geovid Pro 8x32 is ideal for hunting, where compact size and light weight are important.
Optically, the Leica Geovid Pro uses Leica's Perger-Porro Prism design. This combines the compact shape of a roof prism with the rich depth of field and limited internal reflective surfaces of a traditional Porro Prism. The optical system is fully HDC-coated, maximising light transmission and improving colour fidelity and contrast. You also enjoy comfortable optics with a 4mm exit pupil and 16mm eye relief. As a result, you can easily use the binoculars all day on the shooting range or in the wild.
The Geovid Pro is the most compact and powerful rangefinder binocular in the high end. Equipped with the 'Applied Ballistics' software, these binoculars quickly and easily show the correction needed for shots from over 800 metres. In addition, you can also pair this with a Kestrel device for precise weather and wind information. It also offers 12 preinstalled fixed ballistic curves based on the most popular landings. This allows you to enjoy easy drop compensation.
The open bridge and double hinge design ensures that, despite the binoculars being light, stability and strength are not compromised. Furthermore, the optical system and electronics are protected by the magnesium alloy body with protected, rubber armour.
