The Insta360 X4 is an 8K 360° actioncam with great options for both video and photo. Record 360° videos in stunning 8K quality at 24, 25 or 30fps. Slow-motion shots are also of perfect quality with 5.7K 60fps and 4K 100fps. Your 360° photos have more clarity and detail than ever with 72MP.

With the Insta360 X4, you never have to miss a moment again. Because the camera captures everything around you, allowing you to choose exactly the right shot and frame later. You do this very easily with the AI reframing tools in the Insta360 app. Using the X4 with the Invisible Selfie Stick? That automatically disappears from your shots! Besides the 360° Mode, the X4 also features a Single Lens Mode and Me Mode. In Single Lens Mode, you can use the X4 like a traditional actioncam. Take standard 4K 60fps shots or 170° ultra wide shots in 4K 30fps. Me Mode uses both cameras to film both you and your surroundings in 4K 30fps or 2.7K 120fps without having to reframe your shots later.

Perfect images anytime, anywhere

The X4 features powerful FlowState image stabilisation for smooth shots in any situation. Activate the 360° Horizon Lock and your videos will be perfectly balanced no matter what moves you make. The X4 is perfect for all your action shots, whether you are filming on land or in water. The camera is waterproof up to 10 metres deep and even up to 50 metres in the separately available Dive Case. Thanks to new Auto/Active Wind Reduction, you will no longer be bothered by wind noise in your videos on land.

The camera offers several video modes so you can get the best-fit shot in any situation. Active HDR gives you extra detail in the highlights and shadows if your shot has a wide dynamic range. Modes like Timelapse, TimeShift, Bullet Time, Loop Recording and Pre-recording allow you to create beautiful timelapses and/or start your recording at a specific time.

Multiple control options

The X4 features a bright 2.5" touchscreen with tough, super-sensitive Corning Gorilla Glass for easy operation. Camera lenses are also well protected. The X4 comes with Lens Guards made of scratch-resistant, tempered glass. You not only control the X4 via the touchscreen or buttons on the camera, but you can also control it via Gesture Control and Voice Control 2.0: simply start your recording with a gesture or word.

The 2290mAh battery lets you film for up to 135 minutes in 5.7K 30fps. That's 67% longer than with the Insta360 X3.

The Insta360 editing suite

When your shots are ready, you can edit them via the Insta360 app or in Insta360 Studio for desktop. An improved tool is Quick Edit (formerly Snap Wizard) that lets you create clips in a fun way. Move your phone or the virtual joystick to point the camera as you go through your 360° footage. The app saves the framed clips instantly.
