The Canon XF400 4K Camcorder is a professional handheld camcorder that lets you create high quality UHD and Full HD recordings. The video camera has a lightweight body with a 1.0-Type CMOS sensor, a 15x 4K zoom lens and Dual Pixel CMOS AF. With this you produce the XF400 material with excellent clarity and sharpness. With the addition of a 100P frame rate and network capabilities for FTP transfer and remote control, this camcorder is ideal for news archiving, documentaries or business applications. The XF400 can record 4K UHD/50P material with high frame rates of up to 100fps continuous full HD recording. Thanks to the impressive combination of a large 1.0-type CMOS sensor and new Dual DIGIC DV6 processors that work together to ensure high quality and rich expressive video images in every situation, resulting in delivering an excellent dynamic range of 800 percent in “Wide DR” mode. The newly developed 4x lens with 15x optical zoom delivers stunning images with reduced chromatic aberration. The 4K sensor allows 30x advanced zoom in Full HD while maintaining image quality. A nine-blade diaphragm creates a beautiful bokeh while three built-in neutral density (ND) filters provide control under different light conditions. Canon's exclusive Dual Pixel CMOS AF technology makes its debut in the XF400 and offers 80 percent vertical and horizontal coverage of the image area to deliver fast and precise focus even when the subject moves through the frame. The XF400 is designed to provide excellent mobility. Recorded files can be transferred via FTP, directly from the camcorder or wirelessly through the built-in Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi allows the camcorder to be operated via a smartphone or tablet. Also, the XF400 is fully compatible with the Canon Remote Controller RC-V100. The XF400 contains an HDMI 2.0 connector that supports UHD 4K 60p.
