Description
Bresser reflecting telescope 130/650 EQ3
The Bresser 130/650 reflecting telescope with EQ3 mount is a bright Newton reflecting telescope (also known as a reflector telescope). The more experienced astronomer will know that incidence of light is a more important factor than magnification. These people will appreciate the large 130 mm mirror, which allows a significant amount of light to be collected and reflected. You will be able to view in detail distant objects in the solar system with ease. The 130 mm aperture and a focal length of 650 mm with a bright focal ratio of f/5.0 give a nice, tight image at a maximum magnification of 260x.
The EQ3 equatorial mount allows you to track the objects in the night sky with ease. A 3x Barlow lens is included as an accessory with which you can increase the focal point. However, this is at the expense of light output and detail. That is why a Barlow lens is only recommended when viewing very bright objects such as the moon.
