Bresser MikroCamII 9MP 4K 1” Microscope Camera
With the Bresser MikroCamII 9MP 4K 1” Microscope Camera you can record 4K videos with up to 30 fps (depending on the system used). Due to the global shutter, there is no image distortion during movements. The large image sensor (14.13 x 7.45 mm) ensures a very large field of view. The very high light sensitivity of the Sony IMX305 CMOS sensor enables very good image quality and is therefore also suitable for dark field or in phase contrast.
The Bresser MikroCam Lab II software offers a variety of different functions, such as real-time measuring (calibration preparation required), mosaic image creation, focus stacking (for more depth of field. In addition, almost all automatic functions (exposure time, sensitivity, white balance, etc.) can also be set manually. The functions: Mosaic and Focus Stacking (EDF) can be generated directly from the live image. This can save a lot of time. Even if you are not a professional, you will quickly have a great result. To be able to use the mosaic function optimally, a microscope with a cross table is essential.
Due to the large sensor, the camera is not optimally suited for every microscope. This can possibly lead to vignetting. In most cases, this vignetting is solved by using the 5914001 Bresser Variable 1x Reduction Lens which is screwed into the camera. This camera is not designed for the trinocular tube of the Bresser ETD-201. With this microscope, only a small part of the field of view can be used.
