This coupler includes an upgraded chip with full decoding and no pop-up window when in use. It also features a regulated 8 VDC, 2A output, as well as overvoltage, overheat and overload short-circuit protection. An indicator light warns you if the rotatable D-Tap connector is placed in an incorrect reverse position.
