This mark II lens also keeps following your subject as you zoom. The minimum focusing distance is 25 centimetres.

The optical construction consists of nine elements in eight groups. One extra-low dispersion and four aspherical lens elements prevent annoying distortions and reduce chromatic aberrations. A Multi-Coating further improves image quality.
