SmallRig 5413 Cage for Canon EOS R1
The SmallRig 5413 Cage for Canon EOS R1 improves protection and expandability while maintaining full functionality. With an integrated, full-coverage construction designed specifically for the EOS R1, this cage provides comprehensive protection and unhindered access to all buttons for smooth operation.
The cage features a three-point locking system with a 1/4"-20 screw at the bottom and two side mounting blocks to secure the camera and prevent deflection, while built-in silicone pads protect the camera from scratches.
Both the bottom and the left side feature built-in Arca-Swiss quick release plates, ensuring compatibility with Arca-type tripods (SmallRig ID 4059). The base plate can be mounted directly to DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro gimbals, allowing quick switching between landscape and portrait positions for quick scène transitions.
The package includes a removable cold shoe mount, allowing horizontal cold shoe mounting in both shooting modes. The cage also features multiple expansion interfaces, including 1/4"-20 screw holes, 1/4"-20 & 3/8"-16 ARRI mounting holes, cold shoe mounts, belt slots and QD connectors. These interfaces support various optional accessories such as handles (SmallRig ID 3765, 4015), shoulder straps (SmallRig ID PSC2428) and wrist straps (SmallRig ID 3848).
