SIGMA 15mm F/1.4 DG DN Diagonal Fisheye Sony E-mount
The SIGMA 15mm F/1.4 DG DN Diagonal Fisheye is a professional fisheye lens designed specifically for astrophotography. In addition, this lens is also very suitable for landscape, event and architectural photography. The SIGMA 15mm F/1.4 DG DN stands out for its exceptional sharpness across the entire 180° angle of view, a must in astrophotography. With a maximum aperture of F/1.4, 11 rounded blades and its high-quality lens structure, this lens delivers beautifully unique images in any situation.
The SIGMA 15mm F/1.4 DG DN consists of 21 elements in 15 groups, including four FLD elements, three exclusive low-dispersion glass SLD elements and two aspherical lens elements. You won't suffer from lens flare, ghosting and chromatic aberrations with this lens. Thanks to SIGMA's MTF metering system, you are assured a high-resolution lens with sharpness at every angle.
The lens has all the necessary features. The autofocus in the SIGMA 15mm F/1.4 DG DN is a linear motor-HLA (High-response Linear Actuator). This ensures fast, silent and very accurate autofocus. The lens has a focus and aperture ring with click-and-lock option. Thanks to the included tripod mount with base, you take stable shots from a tripod without the need for a separate quick-release plate. The lens offers space for a heater, has a filter holder at the lens mount and comes with a specially designed lens hood with filter slots where you can store your filters.
The casing is dust and splash resistant and the front element has a water and oil repellent coating. As a result, this lens can handle not only extreme light conditions but also extreme weather conditions.
