The Schoeps Shotgun microphone, length 151mm, in the colour blue, offers the features of a CMIT 5 in a compact design. The frequency responses of MiniCMIT, CMIT 5 and SuperCMIT (ch2) are identical. MiniCMIT and CMIT 5 also feature similar analogue electronics, allowing the microphones to be swapped without changing the sound.
For these reasons, the MiniCMIT is recommended when used with digital transmitters such as the Audio Ltd. A10-TX:
- The MiniCMIT can be powered by P12, which is more energy-efficient.
- The MiniCMIT features the latest version of the Schoeps RFI Shield, specially designed and tested for this type of application.
