Description
Rollei Rectangular Filter FX-Pro 100mm ND32000
The job of the Rollei rectangular filter FX-Pro 100mm ND32000 is to reduce incident light. The filter is provided with Luminance coating so that the reflection freedom is 99.5 percent. This guarantees razor-sharp images, even with high-end cameras with 150 MP. colour accuracy is exemplary, meaning you can capture your surroundings exactly as you see them. Use an ND filter to render motion through longer exposures, remove moving objects from the image, highlight the subject by blurring the background, increase the aperture; decrease the depth of field.
Rollei ND filters are available in a wide range of intensities and stops. A stop means that the amount of light hitting the sensor is reduced one f-stop at a time. Depending on which filter and how many stops you use, you'll need to increase your shutter speed accordingly by the same number of stops. This allows you to create magically drawn images with longer exposures, even in the sun. For example, moving elements of your composition may be blurry, making the water look silky if you're taking a photo of a river, but larger stones in the river are sharply drawn because they don't move. You want to photograph a tourist attraction such as the Brandenburger Tor in Berlin, but preferably without people in the photo. This is also no problem with an ND filter. In the end, the slow shutter speed leaves only the immobile architecture in the picture. However, please allow enough time for your extended recording, as depending on the setting, it can take several minutes to an hour.
Features of the Rollei rectangular filter FX-Pro 100mm ND32000:
- ND filters are used to take long exposures during the day or to create sweeping and smooth motion in the image
- Ultra-fine coating ensures pin-sharp images, even with 150 MP high-end cameras
- Exemplary colour fidelity captures nature as seen by the eye
- Impressively clear images thanks to approx. 99.5 percent reflection-free
- Diamond-like scratch resistance, extremely hard surface coating for optimal protection
- Tested extremely temperature resistant in scorching heat and freezing cold
- Blocks out 15 stops of light
In the Box:
- Rollei rectangular filter FX-Pro 100mm ND32000
