The Ricoh ScanSnap iX1400 A4 is perfect for digitising your documents. This scanner from Ricoh features a 50-sheet capacity Automatic Document Feeder, so you can get on with other tasks while scanning. A simple press of a button starts the scanning process and the 4.3-inch touchscreen controls the settings. This allows you to save and share scans easily and quickly. The ScanSnap iX1400 is designed for an environment where Wi-Fi is not available, so you simply scan via the USB connection. The ScanSnap features two Contact Image Sensors that allow scanning in resolutions up to 1200dpi (interpolated).

The ScanSnap software makes the scanning process much easier thanks to image processing, document recognition and other profiles for storing and organising your scans. In addition, you can choose to capture documents single-sided and double-sided in colour, greyscale or monochrome. The iX1400 already scans your documents in 40 pages per minute (up to 300 dpi and up to 600 dpi in monochrome) up to 10 pages (up to 1200 dpi). For extra convenience, the document guide also lets you scan bills, business cards, envelopes and identity cards easily and quickly. With the long scan mode, you can even scan documents up to a length of 299.6cm in ééone scan.
