The A1 is very easy to use, with ultra-fast recycle times and a long-lasting battery, so you never have to miss a shot. Whether you’re on the move, using the A1 on your camera or shooting handheld, this flash delivers impressive lighting anywhere.
It features a smart, magnetic mount for three dedicated A1 Light Shaping Tools that you can quickly and easily click on and off: a Dome Diffuser, Wide Lens and Bounce Card. These can also be stacked for even more creative options. The Profoto A1 also has a built-in LED modelling light, making it easy to set up your light and see how light and shadow fall.
The Profoto A1’s Hi-Res display is large, bright and clear and, like all other Profoto flashes, provides intuitive operation. You don’t have to read long manuals to understand how the A1 works. With built-in AirTTL and HSS, you can achieve professional results quickly and easily, and with the Air Remote you can connect seamlessly to other Profoto flashes and control them directly from the A1. The Profoto A1 is not only an on-camera flash, but also highly effective off-camera.
