The PolarPro LiteChaser iPhone 13 Po Max filmmaking kit consists of a protective case with matching grip, a CPOL and the variable ND filter (3-5 stops) with lens cap. With the filmmaking kit, you have an excellent setup in your pocket to record beautiful cinematic images with your smartphone. PolarPro's LiteChaser Pro system consists of several products. This is specifically for photography and filming with your phone. To use the special LiteChaser filters with your smartphone, you need the LiteChaser Pro Case and possibly the grip. On the protective phone case you place one of the filters.
The protective case is flexible and has a grip. This makes your iPhone 13 Pro Max ready to use high-quality filters from the LiteChaser Pro. You can place these on your iPhone. The case protects your smartphone from shocks and scratches. Wireless charging remains available with the LiteChaser Pro case on your iPhone and it is MagSafe compatible. The handle is specially designed to be placed on the case. This gives you more grip on your phone while shooting in horizontal or portrait mode. The grip features a cold shoe mount and a 1/4" screw hole, allowing you to place it on a tripod. The grip can be attached to the case at four positions.
The LiteChaser Pro CP filter has a quick-release mount. This fits closely to the LiteChaser Pro (Max) case for the iPhone 13, so it stays firmly in place. The CP filter is made of CinemaSeries glass. With this polarising filter, you have an important filter for photographic applications in your hands. You can rotate this filter in the filter mount to achieve certain effects. This allows you to increase colour saturation, for example. The second function of a CPOL filter is to reduce reflections in water and glass (e.g. shop windows). Objects behind these surfaces are more visible by using the polarisation filter. An effect that cannot be achieved with programmes’s like Photoshop.
The LiteChaser Pro VND filter blocks 3 to 5 stops of light. This filter allows you to adjust the frame rate and/or shutter speed under all lighting conditions. This is ideal for anyone who regularly films with the iPhone 13 Pro or iPhone 13 Pro Max at different times of the day. The filter consists of two pieces of CinemaSeries glass that you can rotate on top of each other to let the desired amount of light fall on the lens. The gold-coloured aluminium mount has a stop indicator, so you can read exactly how many f-stops of light are blocked by the filter. The filter's Quick-Release mount fits closely to the LiteChaser Pro Case for iPhone 13 so it stays firmly in place.
While carrying around, you can protect the filters with the included Defender Mini lens cap. After use, you can store the filter in the included filter case.
