Description
Pentax 10-17mm HD DA F/3.5-4.5 ED Fisheye
The Pentax 10-17mm HD DA F/3.5-4.5 ED Fisheye lens is a versatile lens for your Pentax K camera. New coatings provide optimum image quality, not only for landscape but also astrophotography. With this fisheye it is possible to photograph with a short minimum focusing distance.
By applying multiple HD coatings to the lens, flare and ghosting are effectively minimised. SP coatings ensure that dust, water and dirt are easily removed from the lens. This lens has a larger field of view in relation to other lenses, but strong light sources hardly affect the image quality. The lens has a Quick-Shift Focus System making it easy to switch from automatic to manual focus.
The outside of the lens has seen some improvements too. The lens hood is now a detachable bayonet type. The moment you attach the fisheye to a Pentax 35mm full-frame DSLR camera, your options multiply. In the wide-angle position, you can take images that are almost round. Images without vignetting in telephoto mode As it is compact and lightweight, this lens is also easy to take with you. A real must-have for photographers with a Pentax K camera!
