This saves time in post-production. In addition to creating your own presets, you can also choose to download presets via the LUMIX Lab app. Your recordings can be transferred to your smartphone quickly and easily thanks to the improved connection speed and stability. A new recording format is used for this: MP4 Lite. This is an Open Gate video mode optimised for smartphones. Within 30 seconds, your photo or video is online, exactly as you want it.

You can extend the zoom range of the Panasonic S9 while maintaining image quality. This can be done using the crop zoom function and the hybrid zoom function. The crop zoom function uses the centre of the camera sensor to extend the normal zoom range. The hybrid zoom function uses both optical and crop zoom to extend the focal length even further.
