Phase Hybrid autofocus ensures subjects are tracked quickly and accurately. The dedicated AI tracking technology effortlessly recognises eyes, people, animals and vehicles, allowing you to quickly capture razor-sharp photos and record smooth videos. The Panasonic Lumix DC-S1R mark II body  features 5-axis internal stabilisation with 8.0 stops of compensation, Dual I.S. with 7 stops of compensation in telephoto mode, plus additional electronic stabilisation for video.

Finally, the Panasonic Lumix DC-S1R mark II body offers convenient controls for the most efficient workflow possible. The body is dust- and splash-resistant and can also be used in freezing temperatures. The display is both tiltable and rotatable and can be operated via the touchscreen or the small joystick. The dual card slot supports both an SD card and a CFexpress card. All this in a relatively compact 795-gram design.
