The Panasonic DC-S1 Mark II E has a new video format, namely 'Cinemascope', which has a 2.4:1 format. You can use this for different frame rates without having to crop.

With a 24.2 megapixel CMOS full frame sensor, you capture every detail in stunning quality. With High Resolution mode, you can shoot photos up to no less than 96 megapixels.
