The Realtree Max4 design has a wide variety of plant-like patterns that fit well with trees and vegetation. Two small holes are the same as the white dot indication, so you can quickly align your extender with the camera housing and the lens while the cover is installed. It also has an opening for the release of the extender.
The lens covers also offer a thermal barrier & protect your hands against cold lens surfaces and teleconverters at lower temperatures.
