The Kodak PixPro AZ421 camera in the color black has an impressive 42x optical zoom and a panoramic mode and is a versatile camera that offers both photo and video capabilities. The camera uses a 1/2.3-inch CCD sensor with a sensitivity range of ISO 80-3200 to produce 16.15MP photos, as well as HD 720p video up to 30 fps. This is complemented by an extended 4.3-180.6 mm lens, with a 35 mm equivalent focal length of 24-1008 mm, which allows you to take wide landscape shots and shoot subjects far away without losing resolution. An optical image stabilization system is built into the camera to keep photos sharp while shooting from the hand and delivers better results in low light conditions.
At the back of the camera is a 3-inch 460K-dot LCD screen that allows you to view photos as you shoot them and browse through them after capturing. At the top is a built-in flash, with red-eye reduction mode and that can be used as fill-flash. The AZ421 is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery suitable for approximately 200 shots and stores images to a user-supplied SD/SDHC card with a capacity of up to 32 GB. The camera is compatible with Eye-Fi cards so that optional cards can be used that can wirelessly upload photos to a computer or smartphone.
