Kase Revolution Soft GND 1.2 77mm
The Kase Revolution Soft GND 1.2 77mm is a magnetic Revolution S-GND1.2 soft gradient filter, including adapter ring 77mm, recognisable by 4 orange bars on the edge.
Thanks to the magnetic ring, this Revolution S-GND1.2 soft grey gradient filter 77mm is easy to mount and remove on the lens. The filter is made of high-quality Wolverine glass, this ensures that the filter is almost indestructible and colour-neutral.
The magnetic filter can be mounted on a lens with the included magnetic adapter ring, but can also be used with the optional Revolution inlaid ring of 77mm. The edge of the filter has 4 orange bars, which provide recognition, the bars also represent the number of stops of light, which the filter blocks.
GND (Graduated Neutral Density) grey gradient filter
GND grey gradient filters have a gradation (gradient), which varies in strength and density across the surface of the filter. The filters are often half ND grey filter and the other half is clear. When shooting with long Shutter speeds it is important, to be able to control the light, depending on, where you want to stop light, you can place the gradient filter in the right position. A GND grey gradient filter is often used together with an ND grey filter.
