Ilford Multigrade 1 Liter is a liquid development concentrate, suitable for dish/tray development of any black and white photographic paper, but specially designed to get the best results with Ilford Multigrade paper. The Multigrade developer has excellent shelf life and produces a neutral image tone with most darkroom papers. Comes as a concentrate and often diluted 1 + 9, but can also be used with a 1 + 14 dilution for better development control and economy.
