Effects such as controlling light reflections on glass or water surfaces. With the HOYA HD nano MkII CIR-PL you can control the light waves that enter your lens by filtering all polarized light. This allows you to see under water surfaces, for example. The effect is great on glass surfaces. It removes reflections and makes it possible to see through the glass and interiors.
By polarized light we mean not only surface reflections but light that shines directly from the sky. This HOYA filter filters haze from the image. This allows you to significantly increase the contrast of the sky, remove haze and enhance blue tones.
