Combine the Instant action conversion ring with the Instant Action Adapter ring and you'll enjoy a quick-change system for any common screw filter using magnetic force. You attach the filter very quickly, easily and with ééone movement directly to your lens. Thanks to the strong magnet, you no longer suffer from falling filters.
Use is very easy, you just need to place the parts in the right order. First screw the Hoya Instant Action Adapter Ring on the lens, then screw Hoya Instant Action Conversion Ring (sold separately) on your filter. Finally, attach the filter to the lens; the magnets make them engage each other. You can leave the adapter ring on the lens, no need to remove it each time you change the filter.
