H&Y K-Series ND64 HD MRC 95mm drop-in holder filter
The H&Y K-Series ND64 HD MRC 95mm drop-in holder filter offers an exposure reduction of 6 stops. Mounted in an aluminium alloy filter ring, it is specially made to fit between a separately available H&Y Filters 100mm K-Series filter holder and one of the filter holder's adapter rings. It darkens the entire image area, allowing you to shoot with a larger aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. Increasing the aperture gives you more control over depth of field and bokeh, making it easier to isolate the subject of a photo. A longer exposure time increases blur.
The K-series drop-in grey filters are made of Schott B270 glass for higher optical clarity and colour fidelity. Each side of this filter features eight layers of anti-reflection coating to prevent internal ghosting and reflections, as well as an anti-smear nano-coating for an enhanced pearl effect on contact with water or oil, for easy cleaning. Grey filters do not affect the colour of the photo and are ideal for combining with other filters.
