GoPro Hero8

The GoPro Hero8 Black is the latest action camera from GoPro. The action cam has the same intuitive controls and quality features as the GoPro Hero7, but with some improvements. Just like the GoPro Hero 7, it allows you to shoot in resolutions such as 4K at 60 fps and 1080p240. Other options include looping videos, slow motion videos up to 8x, and time-lapse videos with night vision. Of course, you can also take 12-megapixel photos with the accompanying options such as Burst, Night Photo and RAW. The GoPro can be controlled by means of a touchscreen, the GoPro app or the voice control. The action cam is also waterproof to 10 m.

The improvements are mainly seen with the HyperSmooth and TimeWarp modes. The images are more stable and fluid than before. There are three different stabilisation functions to choose from (On, High & Boost). The HyperSmooth works at any resolution and frame rate. TimeWarp allows you to record stabilised time-lapse videos. The function automatically adjusts the speed to the subject's movement as well as the space and lighting.

The GoPro Hero 8 also features greatly enhanced functionality with optional accessories. You can attach flash units, microphones, LCD screens and more to your GoPro Hero 8. Ideal for the vloggers and filmmakers among us.

With the integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions, the action camera can be hooked up to the GoPro app, allowing you to process the recorded images into an amazing video that can be quickly shared on SnapChat or Instagram. The battery has a 1220 mAh capacity, meaning you can work with your action camera for up to two hours longer (depending on how you are using it).
