With the GoPro HERO8 action camera you'll enjoy the same intuitive operation and quality features of the GoPro HERO7, but with a few improvements.

Just like the GoPro HERO7, it allows you to shoot in resolutions such as 4K at 60fps and 1080p240. Other options include looping videos, slow motion videos up to 8x slo-mo and timelapse videos with night vision. Of course, you can also take photos at 12 megapixels along with the corresponding Burst, Night Photo and RAW modes. The GoPro can be controlled by means of a touchscreen, the GoPro app or the voice control mode. It is also waterproof up to a 10m depth.

The upgrades are especially noticeable in the HyperSmooth and TimeWarp modes. These images are more stable and fluid than before. There are three different stabilisation functions to choose from (On, High & Boost). The HyperSmooth works at any resolution and frame rate. TimeWarp enables you to record stabilised timelapse videos. The function automatically adjusts the speed to the subject's movement as well as the space and lighting.

The GoPro HERO8 also features greatly enhanced functionality with its optional accessories. You can attach flashes, microphones, LCD screens and more to your GoPro HERO8. Ideal for the vloggers and film-makers among us.

With the integrated WIFI and Bluetooth functions, the action camera can be hooked up to the GoPro app, allowing you to process the recorded images into an amazing video that can be quickly shared on e.g. SnapChat or Instagram. Prefer to share the images immediately? You can also stream the video straight to Facebook Live while the images are being saved to the SD card.
