The lens construction consists of 15 elements in 10 groups, with two aspherical and three ED lens elements present to reduce aberrations. The lens also has a fast and silent autofocus system.
The XF 23mm is dust and weather resistant and can withstand temperatures down to -10° Celsius. So you can use this lens in extreme conditions without any problems.
