This creates an extremely wide field of view of as much as 112 degrees horizontally and 121 degrees diagonally. To get an idea of how wide this is, an average person has an active and effective perceptual angle of view of only 60 degrees. This makes it possible to use this 8mm ultra-wide angle to create about twice the visual image in your photos or videos. This makes the lens enormously suitable for landscape photography, among other things.
With extensive knowledge in optics, Fujifilm manages to achieve an image with edge-to-edge sharpness without any distortion in the corners or along the edges. In addition, this prime lens boasts unprecedented resolving power and incredibly high detail reproduction. The compact size of this lens makes it easily portable and you can take it anywhere.
