The DJI Care Refresh can be used to insure your DJI RS 2 against damage. With the DJI Care Refresh, you will be cheaper than having the gimbal fixed yourself. This insurance covers damage due to improper use, water damage, damage due to signal failure or any other damage. You can replace parts twice a year. In addition, with this DJI Care Refresh you always get advice on your products the moment you need it and the products are shipped for free. You can also choose the EXPRESS option, so your product is repaired faster and you can get back to work quickly. You can buy this insurance in four regions: Asiaë, Europe, Australiaë and North America.
How to activate the DJI Care Refresh

- Fill in the following here:
- Serial number of the gimbal
- DJI Care Refresh activation code
- Personal information
- The DJI Care Refresh agreement will be sent to your email
What are the conditions
The DJI Care Refresh imposes some conditions on insurance:
- The gimbal must be new and not yet activated
- The Care Refresh must be activated within 48 hours after you activate the gimbal
- You can only have the gimbal repaired in the region where you bought it
- The Care Refresh is not valid on OUTLET gimbals
- The Care Refresh is valid for 2 years (24 months)
What parts will be replaced
Of the DJI Ronin-SC the following parts will be replaced with the DJI Care Refresh:
- Gimbal
- Grip (including battery)
How does the repair process
The process follows the following five steps:
- A problem occurs with the gimbal. You can contact DJI at: www.dji.com/support for instructions on how to send in the damaged gimbal
- You can place a repair request online at: www.dji.com/service/repair
- The request will be sent to the DJI Repair Centre
- You ll pay the replacement cost
- The repaired gimbal will be shipped to you free of charge
Points for repair process
- Please note: you must offer the gimbal that can be repaired. If the gimbal is lost, DJI will not reimburse you.
- You must contact DJI yourself. It can also be done through Kamera Express, but this will cause logistical delays.
