Description
Blackmagic DeckLink IP HD Optical
Capture and playback HD video directly in 2110 IP-based broadcast systems with the Blackmagic DeckLink IP HD Optical. This versatile PCIe card can capture and playback 10-bit uncompressed video at resolutions up to 1080p60 with three input and three output channels of video through a single 10G fiber SFP+ port with built-in audio. The Decklink IP supports all popular video software, including DaVinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere and more, with full compatibility with the latest Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems.
This PCIe 4-lane, generation 2 card supports a very wide range of codecs, including AVC-Intra, AVCHD, Canon DPX, HDV, HEVC, XDCAM EX, XDCAM HD, , 10-bit 4:2:2 and 10-bit 4:4:4.
Other supported applications include: Fusion, Adobe After Effects, Avid Pro Tools, Steinberg Cubase and Nuendo, Adobe Photoshop, Foundry Nuke, Grass Valley Edius, Sony Catalyst Production Suite, Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder, Telestream Wirecast, Livestream Producer, Resolume Arena, Magix Vegas Pro and Movie Edit Pro Premium, Corel VideoStudio Pro, CyberLink PowerDirector, Vidblaster InfoCaster, DevTek Easy Media Suite, Metus Ingest, Boinx Software MimoLive, Cinegy Capture Pro, vMix Live, Renewed Vision ProPresenter, Ventuz Director, Class Autodesk Flam.
The DeckLink IP HD Optical complies with the SMPTE ST2110 standard for IP video, which specifies the transport, synchronization and description of video, audio and additional data over managed IP networks for broadcast. It also keeps video sources synchronized using a common PTP clock.
The Ethernet port is isolated from everything except video and audio. Video and audio are transferred to built-in DeckLink frame buffers where video playback is managed and then converted to 2110 IP video channels, making it virtually impossible for rogue software or hackers to directly access the 2110 IP network.
The high-speed 4-lane PCIe interface provides a connection to the host computer that is fast enough to handle multiple HD video channels, as well as simultaneous recording and playback on each of the channels. With PCIe you get very low latency combined with very accurate time synchronization with the software that captures or plays back video.
