Via the adjustment knob, you can match the arm tension to your camera configuration, while you can also lock the arm for use without the vibration-damping function. The revised spring system, which works in synergy with the STABIL Light arm, provides smoother cable movement. You attach the camera to the arm via the Quick Release system. The Minimax Vest is a lightweight and breathable harness that redistributes the weight to your hips.
