When this aircraft is used for professional purposes such as surveying, inspections, or security, the condition of the equipment is crucial. This service plan covers the costs of repairs or replacement in the event of accidents, operator errors, or water damage. These costs are deducted from a predefined financial coverage limit, meaning that within that budget you do not pay an additional deductible per repair. Lost or flyaway aircraft are also covered within this financial limit, provided strict synchronization requirements have been met. Please note that replacement or repair is handled by mail; temporary downtime after an incident is unavoidable unless spare equipment is available. This plan is explicitly not a legal liability insurance.

In addition to damage coverage, this package includes one full factory maintenance service per year. The aircraft is thoroughly cleaned, calibrated, updated with the latest firmware, and wear-prone parts are replaced preventively. If, during this maintenance or after an incident, the battery capacity is found to have dropped to a critical level or the batteries are defective, they will be replaced free of charge (up to two per year), improving fleet reliability.

When purchasing, pay extremely close attention to the manufacturer’s very strict activation rules. You must link the code on this card to the aircraft within 48 hours after the aircraft is powered on and connected for the first time. Therefore, always order this service plan together with the aircraft. If those first 48 hours pass, the plan can only be activated after a complex and time-consuming video verification, causing unnecessary delays in the workflow. This plan is valid for use in all member states of the European Union.
