DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan for Osmo Nano
The DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan for Osmo Nano offers protection against accidental damage, including screen damage, water damage and wear and tear. You can request a replacement product twice during the year. The replacement product will be new or as good as new in terms of performance and reliability.
You'll also benefit from fast service: on average, you'll receive a replacement device within three days. DJI also covers all shipping costs, and with DJI Care Express, you'll receive your replacement even faster. During the term of the plan, the official warranty remains in effect and you'll have access to exclusive technical support via chat and telephone.
Please note the terms and conditions:
- DJI Care Refresh (1 Year) can only be activated for action cameras that have not been activated before or that have been activated within the last 48 hours.
- DJI Care Refresh and the action cam must be purchased in the same country or region; the service is valid worldwide.
- Each replacement is subject to a small additional replacement fee.
