The DJI Avata 360 Care Refresh 2-Year Plan Card offers 24 months of peace of mind and comprehensive protection for your FPV drone. Because crashes and hard landings are inseparable from the dynamic world of FPV flying, this plan covers accidents and water damage that fall outside the standard manufacturer’s warranty. Within these two years, you are entitled to up to four replacement units or full repairs for a fixed deductible per claim. That way, a single mistake won’t immediately mean the end of your valuable investment.
The timing of activation is crucial. You must activate the unique code on this physical card within 48 hours after the very first activation of your DJI Avata 360 drone (the moment you connect it to the app for the first time). So make sure to order this Care Refresh card together with your drone, so you already have the activation code at home when your drone arrives. After these 48 hours, activation is no longer possible and the card expires.
DJI Care Refresh covers the drone itself, the camera, the gimbal, and only the battery that was in the drone during the crash. Consumables such as propellers are excluded from coverage. In addition, this plan provides ‘Flyaway’ coverage for when you completely lose the drone during a flight and cannot recover the wreck. The condition is that the drone and controller are correctly bound to your DJI account prior to the flight. Please note: regular theft is explicitly excluded.
In case of damage, you simply submit the claim via DJI’s online portal and send in the defective components. DJI assesses the damage and sends back a repaired or replacement unit. A major additional benefit of this 2-Year Plan is that it extends your standard manufacturer’s warranty from one to two years. After activation, the policy is strictly tied to the unique serial number of your DJI Avata 360. Since the drone launches in March 2026, the final terms will be officially determined by DJI upon release.
