The Blackvue 4K UHD cloud dashcam DR970X-2CH IR 64GB is a high-quality taxi dashcam with excellent 4K recording quality that protects your vehicle from both the front and the inside. Fast 5 GHz Wi-Fi connection and cloud function ensure that you can be connected anywhere, anytime.
Wide viewing angle at the front (155 degrees) and interior (180 degrees). The infrared (IR) camera truly sees in the dark, even in pitch-black lighting conditions, thanks to integrated infrared LEDs that are automatically activated based on the ambient light.
The infrared camera secures the interior of the vehicle. The unobtrusive infrared LEDs are automatically activated based on the ambient light. The stunning clarity of the camera, even in pitch-dark lighting conditions, gives taxi drivers and drivers a pleasant peace of mind. With the BlackVue app or viewer you can easily adjust the different setting.
- 180° image rotation to match your ideal setup: if the image appears upside down, simply activate this function to correct the image orientation
- Security LED ON/OFF (for stealth in parking mode)
4K resolution recording is a huge leap forward in image quality compared to the well-known full HD. 4K offers no less than 4 times the number of pixels, and this difference is visible. License plates become readable from a greater distance, and details are visualized more clearly. Even if you don't have a 4K monitor, you will notice this difference. It is possible to zoom in further in the recordings, without the image becoming unclear.

Connect with the DR970X-2CH via Wi-Fi or via the cloud.
Dual-band Wi-Fi: offers the option to connect your BlackVue dashcam to your smartphone and/ or tablet (maximum 10m).
Cloud: connect your dashcam to a Wi-Fi hotspot to stay connected anytime, anywhere.
Cloud LTE: connect the optional BlackVue CM100GLTE cloud module on your dashcam via USB to always be connected to a very stable hotspot. You are no longer dependent on other hotspots and/or Wi-Fi networks, and the signal strength is always optimal. The cloud module must be equipped with a nano SIM card with an active 4G data subscription.
GPS: speed, location on the map and routes traveled are stored in the recordings thanks to the built-in GPS receiver . Then view this information via the Dutch BlackVue app or PC/Mac software.
The built-in G-sensor ensures that in the event of shock detection, for example a collision, the recordings are saved in a separate folder. We call these recordings an event recording.
All different recording types are conveniently arranged in the BlackVue software for Windows/Mac or the BlackVue app.
