Description
The Canon EF-M 32mm F1.4 STM from Canon is a lens with a 51.2 mm equivalent which is characterized by the impressively bright maximum aperture of f / 1.4. This fast design offers more control over the depth of field for working with selective focusing techniques and is also suitable for shooting in difficult lighting conditions. One aspherical element is used in the optical design and helps to reduce spherical aberrations and distortion for improved sharpness and brightness throughout the aperture range. A Super Spectra Coating has also been used to control lens flare and ghosting for greater contrast when shooting in clear light backlight. In addition, it is equipped with an STM engine that provides fast, smooth and accurate autofocus performance, along with permanent manual focus overrunning.
