Protect your digital cinema camera against bad weather with the camRade rainCover, medium. It is an absolute must-have to prevent water damage to your most valuable device. With this rain cover you can now protect your gear from the elements without sacrificing your photo.

Through years of experience and close collaboration with multiple camera operators, camRade has improved their designs into perfect solutions for multiple applications. The rainCover medium is suitable for handheld camera work, but is also great if your camera is mounted on a tripod, slider, track system, JIB or other camera support solution.

Always carry the camRade rainCover medium with you, so that you are not surprised if the weather changes. The cover comes in a waterproof ziped bag, in which you can store and transport the cover. Thanks to the convenient design, the cover is easy to attach and remove. Leave the bottom open for easy access or close it with the double straps when the wind plays tricks on you. The blue sliding rail makes it possible to move the buckles to the desired position when the camera is on a tripod.

Thanks to the 30 cm rubber strip, the rainCover fits correctly on most lenses. The Velcro strap allows you to secure the case tightly around the lens, but still allows you to operate the lens thanks to the roomy design. The included ziped LensC L extension covers and protects longer lenses.

camRade supplies two different viewfinder covers. A small, simple cover for an LCD screen and an advanced solution that covers 99% of today's external viewfinders and magnifiers. The rainCover medium comes with a battery extension cover that offers the option to extend the rear camera up to 20 cm). This add-on makes it possible to protect larger batteries, transmitters or other accessories from the rain.

On the left side of the cover, a transparent window (WxH: 24 x 20 cm) ensures that you have a clear view of the camera controls. The open bottom makes these controls easy to operate.

Immediately above the window there is a Velcro closure with which the viewfinder and/or the support arm of the LCD screen can be removed from the main hood. You can use one of the two included viewfinder covers to use the viewfinder in any position without restrictions. A vertical Velcro closure at the top of the case gives you the option of using a top handle or other top mounted accessories.

Next to the opening of the top handle is the protection for a standard shotgun microphone on the camera. This flap is also equipped with a 12 cm wide Velcro closure to bring out cables and/or provide access to an accessory/hot shoe holder.

The right side of the rainCover medium has a vertical zip that provides access to a handle and input/output connections. A round opening with drawstring on the back (above the battery) allows the use of an integrated viewfinder. The opening is large enough for the camera's eyecup and can also be used to use the camera's top handle for high shots.
