Blackmagic HyperDeck Studio HD Pro
The Blackmagic HyperDeck Studio HD Pro allows you to record uncompressed video with 10-bit 4:2:2 colour using ProRes or DNxHD codecs or H.264 compression format. Thanks to the two SSD slots and two SD card slots, you can record endlessly, as when one card is full it will automatically switch to the other SSD. This feature is ideal when recording lengthy events. The deck shows you which memory card is currently in use, red for recording and green for playback.
There is a 6G-SDI input, two 6G-SDI outputs, a loop-through SDI output, a dedicated SDI monitor output and there is also an HDMI input and an HDMI output, all of which can output up to DCI 4K. With the 3-pin XLR timecode input and output, you can easily synchronise the timecode with other devices. Recording in H.264, ProRes and DNx files makes it perfect for broadcast masters. You have everything you need to create programmes to send to broadcasters or upload on your own YouTube channel.
The Blackmagic operating system is made for high-quality film and broadcast products. Thanks to the LCD screen, you can see video, timecode and audio measurement, and audio measurement, monitoring with overlays, menus, fast networking, multi-disk media management, 3D LUTs plus localisation. The LCD menus on the screen contain settings to set up your HyperDeck Studio entirely to your liking. The menus also support dark and light modes.
