The Astrhori AH-MGA170 slider in black can be used with a separately available macro lens to obtain high-definition images, with an integrated micrometer mechanism for fine and precise adjustment of camera position.
The AstrHori AH-MGA170 macro focus rail is designed with a micrometer adjustment knob that offers 0.05 mm movement per rotation, the main adjustment knob offers 2 mm movement per rotation for fast positioning. Track length 170 mm.
The mechanism features damping to prevent movement when the camera is tilted or vertical. It is an ideal tool for shooting with different focus points and for focus stacking applications.
The AstrHori AH-MGA170 Macro Focusing Rail Slider is equipped with an Arca-type quick release kit. It has an Arca dovetail on the rail base for direct mounting on a tripod head. The dovetail also allows a second AH-MGA170 rail (sold separately) to be mounted on top for precise two-axis movement.
The rail features an Arca dovetail for easy mounting, one 3/8"-16 female mounting thread, four 1/4"-20 female mounting threads, four removable levelling feet.
