The Aputure Skid for Storm 1200X & Storm 1000c is a stainless steel skid accessory that attaches to the bottom of the STORM 1000c or 1200x. This allows users to safely place their light flat on the ground without the risk of the light tipping over, even when a CF12 Fresnel is attached to the front of the light. This accessory has a cut-out at the back that provides space for the head cable of the STORM 1000c/1200x when users tilt the light up and down.
With this Skid mounted, the STORM 1000c and 1200x can be safely positioned with the head cable, a CF12 Fresnel and attached CF12 Barn Doors.
