With us, you as the customer are at the centre. We understand how frustrating it is when a product breaks — especially when the standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty has just expired. That’s why we offer you extra peace of mind: on a selection of products, we automatically extend the warranty period to no less than 5 years, at no extra cost.
How does it work?
It’s very simple:
- Choose a product from one of the selected categories.
- Add the product to your shopping cart: the 5-year warranty is added automatically.
- You don’t need to do anything extra: the extended warranty will automatically be shown on your invoice.
- You pay nothing extra for this added assurance.

- The extended warranty is only valid on participating products within specific categories.

- The warranty is personal and therefore non-transferable.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by: Accidents or misuse, loss or theft and wear from professional or intensive use
